Agreement to terms

By accessing chrisslater.ai or purchasing any product or service offered on it, you agree to these Terms of Service. The site sells digital products, fixed-scope audits, and consulting services; deliverables and scope are described on each product or service page, and custom engagements governed by a separate written agreement take precedence over these terms.

Payments, refunds and licensing

Payments are processed securely through WooCommerce payment providers — full payment details are never stored on this site. Digital products are delivered electronically and are generally non-refundable once downloaded; audit and consulting fees are refundable before work begins and pro-rated once underway. Full terms are in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license — no resale or redistribution.

Use of AI

This is an AI consultancy and AI tools are used throughout the work — drafting written deliverables, generating and reviewing code, and analysing sites and content. All output is human-reviewed before it reaches you, and I remain accountable for it regardless of how it was produced. Two things follow: AI systems make confident mistakes, so deliverables are professional work product to be applied with your own judgment rather than oracle output; and your confidential material is never submitted to consumer AI tools that train on their inputs, nor used to train any model. Engagements can be scoped without AI-assisted drafting on request — just say so before work begins.

No guarantees and liability

AI search and answer-engine visibility depends on third-party systems outside anyone’s control. No guarantee of rankings, citations, or inclusion in AI answers is made. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service at issue. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
