Refund Policy

The short version

Instant-download products are refundable within 14 days if the file will not open, is not what the page described, or you have not downloaded it. Consulting engagements are fully refundable before work begins and pro-rated by work completed once underway. If something has genuinely gone wrong, tell me and I will make it right rather than hide behind a policy.

Digital downloads and consulting engagements

Downloads ($29–$149) deliver a file immediately, so refunds apply where the file is corrupt, materially differs from its description, or has not been downloaded — within 14 days of purchase. Consulting and audit engagements ($750+) are fully refundable at any point before work begins, which is always after you return the intake questionnaire. Once underway, refunds are pro-rated against work completed and any deliverables already produced remain yours.

What is not refundable, and how to ask

Results are not refundable: AI search visibility and rankings depend on third-party systems nobody controls, and no outcome is guaranteed. I refund for failures of delivery, quality or description. To request one, email from the address you purchased with, include your order number and what went wrong, and expect a reply within one working day. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please contact me before filing a chargeback. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
