A coordinator service takes a task, uses Gemini function calling to break it into steps, and hands each step to a worker through a Pub/Sub queue. Task state is stored in Firestore, so work survives restarts, and both services scale to zero when idle. Includes Dockerfiles, a deploy script with the required IAM roles, tests that run locally without cloud credentials, and a setup guide (PDF). Requires a Google Cloud project with billing and Python 3.11 or later.
