Agentic Commerce & WebMCP Readiness Engine

Make your catalogue natively readable to AI shopping agents through WebMCP and UCP — documented tool contracts, JSON-LD product semantics, and an agent-legible checkout path. Delivered on your own infrastructure. - Price: $5500

Establish browser-native WebMCP (Web Model Context Protocol) and UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol) integration, making your entire store natively accessible to AI shopping agents.
Scope boundary
This is implementation and advisory work carried out on systems you own and control. I do not process, hold, transmit, or take custody of funds at any point, and I am not a payment facilitator, payment processor, or money services business. Payment processing continues to run through your own provider and merchant account before, during and after this engagement.
\n
The shift underneath this: for a growing share of buyers, the first interaction with your catalogue will not be a human browsing it. It will be an agent evaluating it on someone’s behalf. A storefront built purely for human eyes is illegible to that reader.
\n
What’s implemented
\n
\n
Custom declarative and imperative tool contracts exposed via navigator.modelContext, so agents can query and act on your catalogue through a defined interface rather than by scraping
\n
Your product database mapped to standardised semantic JSON-LD schemas — machine-resolvable meaning for every attribute that matters to a purchase decision
\n
A checkout funnel optimised for autonomous, machine-readable shopping
\n
Handover documentation covering everything implemented and how to maintain it
\n
\n
Who it’s for
\n
E-commerce operations with a real catalogue and the engineering maturity to maintain an integration once delivered. Most valuable in categories where agent-assisted purchasing is plausibly near — consumables, repeat purchases, specification-driven products and anything a buyer would happily delegate.
\n
Requirements
\n
This engagement touches production code. A staging environment makes it faster, safer and cheaper — if you don’t have one, say so in the questionnaire and we plan around it, but expect a more conservative rollout. You’ll also need repository access and a named technical contact.
\n
How delivery works
\n
Purchase, complete the questionnaire, arrange access, and confirm scope in writing before any code is touched. Implementation runs roughly six weeks: schema mapping, then tool contracts, then checkout optimisation, then testing against real agent traffic. Delivered with documentation.
\n
Where it sits
\n
If you want the strategy before the build, the AEO Strategy Blueprint answers what to position and how. If you want agent-initiated checkout under bounded, verifiable spending authority, Agent-Ready Checkout Integration (AP2 / UCP) is the layer above this one.
